Putin Leadership Implementing Bashar Hafez al-Assad Strategy in Ukraine

What is Putin’s leadership’s end goal in Implementing Bashar Hafez al-Assad’s Strategy in Ukraine?

  • Satisfy Putin’s Ambitions for power and control
  • A passive way to cause harm to Europe and the USA economy
  • To throw inconvenience to the European Union
  • To change the Government of Ukraine
  • Take control of Ukraine’s future Government
  • The use of military power on a civilian population as a lever for extortion

The western world Nations did not not stop the slaughter of innocent civilians in Syria.

Neither could the Western world nations stop the flood of war refugees going out of Syria to Europe and other regions. Therefore, in the mind of Assad, Putin, and other anti-Western leaders, dictators, have seen that the impact of wars can affect the economies of the Western world.

Planning and using the war on a civilian population is a diabolical scheme for the cause of Satan on earth.

Dictators who hang onto power regardless of the destruction to the people are diabolically inspired. Their value system and worldview are diabolically inspired.

Dictators of the past history have one thing in common, their political or military career has corrupted their souls absolutely. So they become despotic.

How can we know what is diabolical and evil?

And what is pure wisdom from the Creator of Life is?

Their source of information about the character of the Creator of Life is found in the Jewish Holy Scriptures.

Some may object because of different political views or different nationalistic views.

How do people get outside of the political and nationalistic bubble to get a grip on the Truth?

Nationalism and political zeals often have strong emotions and convictions. Therefore they fill the people’s hearts, minds, and souls.

They may have the facts of history wrong, yet if they were brainwashed with information from very early in life, it is not easy to get out of the zeal bubble.

Rational logic is a tool that can be used to differentiate between Truth and lies. Peace and war. Corruption and genuine honesty. Bitter hatred or genuine love.

The human living soul functions of the mind are complicated with many variables.

  • Intellect
  • Conscience
  • Imagination
  • Will
  • Memory
  • Emotions.

Therefore to understand the Creator of Life, we need to start from the preface that human beings are made in the image of Elohim. That is exactly what the Jewish Holy Scripture says in the first book of Moses, chapter 1, verses 16, 27.

 Genesis 1:26-27 (Complete Jewish Bible).

“Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, in the likeness of ourselves; and let them rule over the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the animals, and over all the earth, and over every crawling creature that crawls on the earth.”

So God created humankind in his own image; in the image of God he created him: male and female he created them.”……………..

Therefore, humanity do not have the luxury of rewriting the narrative of the First Cause of the Material Universe.

Obviously, there were no humans present when the Creator of Life had the idea in His mind to Create a material cause and effect Universe. Before that point of Creation, there was no Time of Space.

Human intellect, conscience, and human initiative to record history do not reach far enough. For example, oral cultural history may be passed on for a long time. Still, if there is no documented history to verify the original information, information can be corrupted.

Human inclinations and nature, with time, will corrupt information.

Similar to the law of entropy. The rational or mathematical order of the physical environment does not increase, but rather it breaks down towards chaos.

The invention of tools and technology required massive amounts of time, energy, and information to solve the many problems humans face on the planet earth.

The physical requirements for animals and humans to remain alive requires vast amounts of time and energy in finding and foraging for food, water, shelter, and purpose in life.

The Jewish Holy Scriptures written over 3460 years provide answers to the genuine Elohim-fearing people who lived during the last 4000 years.

Those people reasoned that the Creator of Life was a rational thinking being. Therefore, they attempted to communicate with the Creator of Life because human beings are created in the image of Elohim.

Human conscience enables human beings to think reason objectively in the context of the human life purpose.

Human life’s purpose is according to the design, made in the image of Elohim.

That includes moral responsibility. Empathy, compassion, kindness, loyalty, and respect towards the Creator of Life.

Human beings are not predator animals. Even if some people live like predator animals. People who let go of moral constraints behave like dogs, wolves, or hyenas towards their own species. They fail to live according to the expectation that the Creator of Life has instructed humanity to live by.

Only by accepting the information provided by the Creator of Life can humanity live according to the will of the Creator of Life. The will of the Creator of Life, spoken by the Elohim, witnessed millions of people 3460 years ago at Mount Sinai.

The ten instructions given to Moses are the blueprint for human morality.

Exodus 20:1-21. (Complete Jewish Bible).

20 Then God said all these words:

א 2 “I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the abode of slavery.

ב 3 “You are to have no other gods before me. 4 You are not to make for yourselves a carved image or any kind of representation of anything in heaven above, on the earth beneath or in the water below the shoreline. 5 You are not to bow down to them or serve them; for I, Adonai your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sins of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but displaying grace to the thousandth generation of those who love me and obey my mitzvot.

ג 7 “You are not to use lightly the name of Adonai your God, because Adonai will not leave unpunished someone who uses his name lightly.

ד 8 “Remember the day, Shabbat, to set it apart for God. 9 You have six days to labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a Shabbat for Adonai your God. On it, you are not to do any kind of work — not you, your son or your daughter, not your male or female slave, not your livestock, and not the foreigner staying with you inside the gates to your property. 11 For in six days, Adonai made heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. This is why Adonai blessed the day, Shabbat, and separated it for himself.

ה 12 “Honor your father and mother, so that you may live long in the land which Adonai your God is giving you.

ו 13 “Do not murder.

ז (14) “Do not commit adultery.

ח (15) “Do not steal.

ט (16) “Do not give false evidence against your neighbor.

י 14 (17) “Do not covet your neighbor’s house; do not covet your neighbor’s wife, his male or female slave, his ox, his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

(A: vii) 15 (18) All the people experienced the thunder, the lightning, the sound of the shofar, and the mountain smoking. When the people saw it, they trembled. Standing at a distance, 16 (19) they said to Moshe, “You, speak with us; and we will listen. But don’t let God speak with us, or we will die.” 17 (20) Moshe answered the people, “Don’t be afraid, because God has come only to test you and make you fear him, so that you won’t commit sins.” 18 (21) So the people stood at a distance, but Moshe approached the thick darkness where God was.

The non-religious Ba’ath Syrian Regional Branch government came to power through a coup d’état in 1963. For several years, Syria went through additional coups and changes in leadership,[136] until in March 1971, Hafez al-Assad, an Alawite, declared himself President. ………………………..

Human Rights

Main articles: Human rights in Syria and Human rights violations during the Syrian civil war

The human rights situation in Syria has long been the subject of harsh critique from global organizations. The rights of free expression, association, and assembly were strictly controlled in Syria even before the uprising. The country was under emergency rule from 1963 until 2011, and public gatherings of more than five people were banned. Security forces had sweeping powers of arrest and detention. Despite hopes for democratic change with the 2000 Damascus Spring, Bashar al-Assad was widely reported as having failed to implement any improvements. A Human Rights Watch report issued just before the beginning of the 2011 uprising stated that he had failed to substantially improve the state of human rights since taking power………………………

Syrian Factions

There are numerous foreign and domestic factions involved in the Syrian civil war. These can be divided into four main groups. First, the Syrian Armed Forces and its allies.

Second, the opposition is composed of the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army, the Free Syrian Army, and the jihadi Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.

Third, the Kurdish-dominated Syrian Democratic Forces.

Fourth is the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

The Syrian Government, the opposition and the SDF have all received support, militarily and diplomatically, from foreign countries, leading the conflict to often be described as a proxy war………………………..

Chemical Weapons

Sarin, mustard agent and chlorine gas were used during the conflict. Numerous casualties led to an international reaction, especially the 2013 Ghouta attacks. A UN fact-finding mission was requested to investigate reported chemical weapons attacks. In four cases, UN inspectors confirmed the use of sarin gas.[179] In August 2016, a confidential report by the United Nations and the OPCW explicitly blamed the Syrian military of Bashar al-Assad for dropping chemical weapons (chlorine bombs) on the towns of Talmenes in April 2014 and Sarmin in March 2015 and ISIS for using sulfur mustard on the town of Marea in August 2015……………………..

Cluster Bombs

Syria is not a party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions and does not recognize the ban on the use of cluster bombs. The Syrian Army is reported to have begun using cluster bombs in September 2012. Steve Goose, director of the Arms Division at Human Rights Watch, said

“Syria is expanding its relentless use of cluster munitions, a banned weapon, and civilians are paying the price with their lives and limbs”, “The initial toll is only the beginning because cluster munitions often leave unexploded bomblets that kill and maim long afterward”…………….

Thermobaric Weapons

Russian thermobaric weapons, also known as “fuel-air bombs”, were used by the government side during the war. On December 2, 2015, The National Interest reported that Russia was deploying the TOS-1 Buratino multiple rocket launch system to Syria,

“designed to launch massive thermobaric charges against infantry in confined spaces such as urban areas”.

One Buratino thermobaric rocket launcher “can obliterate a roughly 200 by 400 meters (660 by 1,310 feet) area with a single salvo”.

Since 2012, rebels have said that the Syrian Air Force (government forces) is using thermobaric weapons against residential areas occupied by the rebel fighters, such as during the Battle of Aleppo and also in Kafr Batna.A panel of United Nations human rights investigators reported that the Syrian Government used thermobaric bombs against the strategic town of Qusayr in March 2013. In August 2013, the BBC reported on the use of napalm-like incendiary bombs on a school in northern Syria……………………..

As of 2015, 3.8 million have been made refugees. As of 2013, 1 in 3 of Syrian refugees (about 667,000 people) sought safety in Lebanon (usually 4.8 million population). Others have fled to Jordan, Turkey, and Iraq.

Turkey has accepted 1,700,000 (2015) Syrian refugees. Half of them are spread around cities, and a dozen camps are placed under the direct authority of the Turkish Government. Satellite images confirmed that the first Syrian camps appeared in Turkey in July 2011, shortly after Deraa, Homs, and Hama were besieged. In September 2014, the UN stated that Syrian refugees had exceeded 3 million.

According to the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, Sunnis are leaving for Lebanon and undermining Hezbollah’s status. The Syrian refugee crisis has caused the “Jordan is Palestine” threat to be diminished due to the onslaught of new refugees in Jordan. Greek Catholic Patriarch Gregorios III Laham says more than 450,000 Syrian Christians have been displaced by the conflict.[217] As of September 2016, the European Union has reported that there are 13.5 million refugees in need of assistance. Australia is being appealed to rescue more than 60 women and children stuck in Syria’s Al-Hawl camp ahead of a potential Turkish invasion…………………….

A significant statement from NGO ACT Alliance found that millions of Syrian refugees remain displaced in countries around Syria. This includes around 1.5 million refugees in Lebanon. Also, the report found that refugees in camps in north-eastern Syria have tripled this year……………….

Numerous refugees remain in local refugee camps. Conditions there are reported to be severe, especially with winter approaching………………

4,000 people are housed at the Washokani Camp. No organizations are assisting them other than the Kurdish Red Cross. Numerous camp residents have called for assistance from international groups.

Refugees in Northeast Syria report they have received no help from international aid organizations.

On December 30, 2019, over 50 Syrian refugees, including 27 children, were welcomed in Ireland. They started afresh in their new temporary homes at the Mosney Accommodation Centre in Co Meath. Irish officials pre-interviewed the migrant refugees under the Irish Refugee Protection Programme (IRPP).

As of 2022, there are over 5.6 million refugees. Over 3.7 million of those (about 65%) are in Turkey. These figures have seen a lot of blame lain on refugees across the political spectrum in the country. They are being blamed for the worsening economic crisis. Measures have been put in place to “drive them out,” including raised fees on utilities such as water and services such as marriage licenses. There has been an increase in attacks targeting Syrian refugees in the country.

On January 2 2013, the United Nations stated that 60,000 had been killed since the civil war began, with UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay saying

“The number of casualties is much higher than we expected, and is truly shocking.”

Four months later, the UN’s updated figure for the death toll had reached 80,000. On June 13 2013, the UN released an updated figure of people killed since fighting began, the figure being exactly 92,901, for up to the end of April 2013. Navi Pillay, the UN high commissioner for human rights, stated that:

“This is most likely a minimum casualty figure”. The real toll was guessed to be over 100,000. Some areas of the country have been affected disproportionately by the war; by some estimates, as many as a third of all deaths have occurred in the city of Homs.

Victims of the Ghouta chemical attack in August 2013

According to various human rights organizations and United Nations, human rights violations have been committed by both the Government and the rebels. The “vast majority of the abuses having been committed by the Syrian government”.

According to three international lawyers, Syrian government officials could face war crimes charges in the light of a huge cache of evidence smuggled out of the country showing the “systematic killing” of about 11,000 detainees. Most of the victims were young men and many corpses were emaciated, bloodstained, and bore signs of torture. Some had no eyes; others showed signs of strangulation or electrocution. Experts said this evidence was more detailed and on a far larger scale than anything else that had emerged from the then 34-month crisis.
